Indigo potion	CRUSH gantaya ROOT WITH a MORTAR. BOIL a miil WEED WITH a STOVE. whild holding the brew and gantaya sap, MIX HOLDING	raises vitality
White potion	CRUSH a gantaya ROOT WTIH a MORTAR. CRUSH a t'hakon THORN WITH a MORTAR. While holding the two saps, MIX HOLDING. While holding the solution and some drinking water, DILUTE SOLOTION WITH WATER	cures poison from traps as well as creatures
Pale Yellow Infusion	CRUSH a gantaya ROOT WITH a MORTAR, repeat, CRUSH a kitanu ROOT WITH a MORTAR, CRUSH a  t'hakon THORN WITH a MORTAR. EXTRACT a ghoul SKIN WITH a hollow DAGGER. Holding one gantaya sap and a kitanu sap, MIX HOLDING. Holding one gantaya sap and the pitch black sap, MIX HOLDING. Holding the two solutions, MIX HOLDING. Holding the ghoul essence and the starry-blue solution, MIX HOLDING.	restores mana
